EZENET AMALGAMATION
TORONTO, ONTARIO (January 12, 1997) - EZENET INC. announces that effective January 12, 1997, all of the operations of Ezer and Associates Ltd. and Ezer Data Systems Ltd. will be amalgamated with the operations of EZENET INC.
The new company will continue to be known as EZENET INC. As contracts for services come up for renewal, they will be completed in the name of EZENET INC.
